PKL Group, has launched a new website – www.dontforgetthekitchen.com – which enables event organisers and caterers to get an instant online estimate for their modular event kitchen buildings or catering equipment hire.

PKL has launched the service in response to the increasing number festivals, pop ups, sporting and music events, and to help event organisers early on in the planning stages as Lee Vines, director at PKL Group explains:

“While many events customers know exactly what they require in terms of most of their temporary event infrastructure, we have been surprised at how many clients leave the kitchen to the last minute, even with major events. Getting the kitchen resource right is essential when you plan on catering for large numbers of people and of course early stage planning can save money too. Event organisers can design and cost their own kitchen whether for a marquee, pop up restaurant, temporary kitchen building or stand-alone equipment.
