Health and Safety l SiteRight day course
The MPBA now offers an assured short course via the SiteRight brand from NOCN (CSkills). This course aims to provide learners with the certification that they are safe onsite. We want to help improve training and reduce health and safety risks on-site for all workers.
The course is theory-based and will be delivered via a presentation over a one-day period. The maximum number of delegates allowed for classroom delivery is 20, unless pre-agreement is gained.
Who is it for?
The Site Right Health and Safety Awareness in Construction Qualification is suitable for people operating at any level, in any sector, who require an understanding of health and safety essentials. It is designed for learners, workers, volunteers, employees, full, and part time staff who have no supervisory or management responsibility.
Course Content
The Site Right course is about the health and safety rights and responsibilities of people in a workplace. It deals with the knowledge required to make sure that:
- The actions or omissions of workers do not create health and safety hazards.
- Workers can identify significant risks in the workplace.
- Workers can take sensible action to put things right, including: seeking advice and reporting situations which pose a danger to themselves and others in the workplace.
