Kensite disrupts welfare space market under Chloe Ainscough’s leadership
Kensite Managing Director Chloe Ainscough says she is driving the company to
new heights as the business looks ahead to a promising future.
Chloe is on a mission to transform Kensite into a key player in the on-site construction welfare space and her new approach for streamlined site solutions is set to be ramped up.
We know construction companies like simplicity and convenience and that’s why
Kensite has developed an offering that will make them the go-to brand and the
one source for site needs.
Instead of quantity surveyors instructing different supply chain companies for all
a diverse range of site solutions - Kensite will take care of the lot.
And so far so good with the company reporting a big uptake in utilisation on
construction sites across the North West region and now, further afield as the word is out about the business.
Kensite has perfectly hit the right blend of innovation, tech, sustainability, and a
customer-first approach to reshape the market and Chloe is not stopping there.
What’s presented itself now is an opportunity for more investment. £2m of planned investment in the fleet is already happening as Chloe looks to expand business operations even further.
Chloe, who previously held the position as Finance Director before being appointed as Managing Director 16 months ago, said: “As we enter this next chapter for Kensite, it’s clear that the market is evolving, and so are we. “We‘re not scared to invest if the right opportunity comes up. It could be Kensite
delivering security, signage, hoarding and fencing and even cleaning services.
“We’re committed to delivering more than just portable spaces; we’re creating
solutions that simplify logistics, are anti-vandal, reduce environmental impact,
and support the growing demands of our customers. The past four years have
laid the foundation, but the best is yet to come.”
Having acquired Kensite in September 2019, the Ainscoughs - a name
synonymous in the construction industry in the ‘Hire Space’ - has focused on
developing high-quality, versatile welfare spaces that cater to a range of
industries, from construction to events and public services.
Chloe added “Our units are not just bog standard steel structures - they are
working spaces of the future for construction and groundworks site teams.
Kensite has invested in the very best equipment and we’ve gone beyond the
usual perceived standards that some teams will be used to. We make site teams
feel good about the refuge of a portable cabin.”
