Pre manufactured Components

Still considered category one in the modern methods of construction framework, pre-manufactured components may be a complete kitchen, bathroom, plantroom/boiler house or any other functional part of a complete building. 

Often referred to as 'pods' the advantage of a pre-manufactured component is aligned with benefits of a complete modular or portable building, in the speed of response, quality of build and reduced risk of injury during the construction phase of a project.
