Within the private/commercial sectors, temporary accommodation is often needed where there is a need to continue a service during a permanent installation, such as the addition of a kitchen during a refurbishment or a sales suite for a development of homes. 

Temporary accommodation in the form of relocatable buildings can also be used for retail and office applications.
