ARV Solutions have been finalists in a number of awards over the years, but typically for events in the offsite construction and recruitment industries. This year, we’re focussing on branching out and expanding our reach throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas.

We want to be as involved in the local Bristol culture as we have been in our industries over the last 19 years and what better way to start than to be a finalist in the Bristol Life Awards.

But what makes us unique?

We’re a market leading recruitment agency dedicated to the offsite construction sector and members of client industry trade bodies – Modular Portable Building Association, TRADA, Structural Timber Association. We are seen as thought-leaders and part of the industry, more than suppliers to it.

We regularly exhibit at trade events, such as: Futurebuild, UK Construction Week, Offsite Expo, Modular Matters, Focus on Framing etc. We are the only Recruiters in the room with the clients, not knocking on the door.

As well as that, we also sponsor industry awards. We are long term, and ongoing sponsors of the Structural Timber Awards, and Offsite Awards. A unique marketing opportunity and an opportunity to give back to the industry.

But what makes us innovative?

Our stand out feature is our collaborative culture. Over half our commissions are shared amongst the tea. This promotes a team approach and better collaboration, which is far more valuable than internal competition.

We draw clients to us through knowledge and reputation, and providing the quality of service to keep them and gain recommendations. We have moved away from a cold call or league table culture, which has returned record months, record quarters and huge growth.

Our implementation of advanced video interview platform, and ARVIEW product as a service is also another stand out for us at ARV Solutions.

That’s all well and good, but what makes us distinctive?

Well, 60% of candidates placed come from our database and extensive network, rather than job boards – this saves us time and relies on our long established relationships with clients and candidates. As well as that, 90% of all business is repeat and referral, built from loyalty and trust over 19 years, whilst developing new client numbers year on year.

Our net promotor scores are at 84% from clients and 94% from candidates – with no detractors, and 100% stating we met or exceeded expectations across all areas of the business. We’ve also been Investors in People Gold accredited for several years now, with hopefully another few years ahead of us.

Our staff have over 180+ years experience between them in the business, including four Fellows of the REC and we’re also mentored by Paul Jacobs FREC, industry leader for over 40 years!
