Volumetric voices - a workforce speaks out.

Our recent survey to the people who worked within volumetric modular housing, has now been published by Offsite Magazine, to get the results spread widely!

The survey lifts the lid on what happened to the skilled workforce after the collapse of several UK modular housing manufacturers, and what it means for the future of volumetric modular housing. There are also knock on effects, and potential benefits to non-housing modular.

While much has been written about the failure of the businesses, far less attention has been paid to the people behind them. We wanted to change that!

The results—now featured in Offsite Magazine—highlight:

  • The majority who say they’d return under the right conditions
