Integra Buildings among Fastest 50 growing companies in Yorkshire, annual list reveals

Modular specialist Integra Buildings has been named on a prestigious list of Yorkshire’s 50 fastest-growing businesses.

Integra, one of the UK’s leading designers and manufacturers of bespoke modular buildings, is included in the Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 rankings, a highly-anticipated annual rundown of the region’s most dynamic companies.

Now in its 11th year, the list is compiled by UK top 100 law firm Ward Hadaway to celebrate growth, innovation and commercial achievement.

East Yorkshire-based Integra’s inclusion recognises a period of rapid and sustained growth between 2017 and 2019. Over the three-year period turnover increased from just under £17m to almost £28m, while pre-tax profits more than doubled from £700,000 to almost £1.5m, driven by the company’s reputation for quality, project performance and innovation.

The Fastest 50 ranking comes as Integra aims to grow its turnover to £60m within three years. The strategy includes plans for a major expansion of the company’s base in Paull, near Hull, which will make room for its current and future needs and create 20 new jobs.     

It follows a highly successful period for the company, which is at the forefront of the UK’s rapidly-expanding offsite construction sector. Its ever-growing customer base ranges from major construction companies, to local authorities and other public sector bodies.  

During lockdown, Integra’s dedicated and highly skilled team delivered essential new hospital buildings for the NHS, as well as much-needed modern teaching accommodation for schools around the country.

The Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 list is compiled based on financial information filed with Companies House for 2017-19. It ranks the 50 best-performing companies that have consistently increased turnover while remaining profitable.
