Rosecliffe Spencer Academy
Morgan Sindall Construction was appointed to deliver a permanent teaching facility at Rosecliffe Spencer Academy. Part of the contract required them to procure temporary teaching and admin blocks whilst work on the permanent building was underway.
It was imperative that the temporary facility could be installed in time for the September term.
Wernick Hire were chosen due to their provision of high quality products and the fact that they could meet the challenging timescale.
While the outbreak of Covid-19 put the limited timescale under further pressure, Wernick Hire successfully delivered an open-plan nursery, three standard classrooms for the Key Stage 1 and 2 age-group and an eight bay, two-storey admin block in time for the September term.
