Small site? Build Higher! Wernicks 4 Storey Block for Bouygues Brighton Project
After construction company Bouygues were awarded a contract to develop Brighton Universitys Moulsecoomb campus, they contacted Wernick to deliver temporary accommodation for staff.
Due to limited space, Bouygues needed to build higher to fit all of their welfare, office space and meeting rooms into a limited footprint.
Wernick were the only company approached who could provide a four-storey solution that was cost effective and could be adapted to suit the clients needs.
