Kensite Managing Director named among the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction
Greater Manchester-based welfare provider Kensite is celebrating today after Managing Director Chloe Ainscough was named one of the CITB’s Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction 2025.
This national recognition shines a spotlight on Chloe’s leadership in transforming the business since taking the helm two years ago. In this short period of time, the Bolton born leader has steered Kensite through a period of cultural, operational, and strategic change.
Kensite, once known as just another cabin provider in the market only 24 months ago, is now regarded as a premium supplier and a top quality brand in the construction hire space.
Under her tenure, Kensite has evolved into a people-first business that can be trusted. Chloe focused on raising standards across welfare, sustainability, and safety within the construction sector and has also pushed boundaries with technology, innovation and AI, while recruiting some of the best talent in the industry.
Chloe said: “I’m truly honoured to be recognised among so many inspirational women in our industry. When I became MD two years ago, the business needed rebuilding, not just in structure, but in spirit.
"We’ve modernised our fleet, implemented new systems, and worked hard to create a stronger, more positive culture. Like all real change, it’s not been without its challenges, but it’s been worth it to see Kensite grow into a business that genuinely puts people first.”
She added: “This recognition means a lot to me, but what means even more is the loyalty and belief from our customers, suppliers, and our brilliant team. Their commitment to safe, quality welfare on site has helped us demonstrate that a sustainable, people-focused approach is the responsible way forward for our industry. Because ultimately, #WelfareMatters.”
The CITB Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction celebrates female leaders, innovators, and change-makers driving positive change across UK construction, from operations and sustainability to leadership and skills development.
Kensite’s inclusion through Chloe’s leadership reflects the company’s growing reputation as a progressive, values-led welfare partner, trusted by leading contractors across the North West and beyond.
