Meet Sam Travis, Recruitment Consultant in our Construction Materials & Modular Team
Over the past year, our Construction Materials & Modular Recruitment team has experienced significant growth in terms of team members, new clients, and client projects. To accommodate the expansion of our recruitment endeavours, we are pleased to introduce Sam Travis as our newest team member, joining us as a Recruitment Consultant. Sam will be collaborating with James Soden, Daniel Edley, Ryan Simms, and Laura Rogers in sourcing top talent.

Can you give us some background on your career and what led to you joining E3 Recruitment?
I have spent the last 7 years managing within hospitality, I started to look for something more fulfilling to be able to progress onto.
Joining James Soden and his team over the past few months has been a really welcoming experience.
Tell us about your role and responsibilities in the Construction, Materials & Modular Team
Within the Construction, Materials & Modular Team I am currently working closely with our existing suppliers, whilst also undertaking business development to bring on new clients.
How has your first month been at E3 Recruitment?
I am really enjoying my time at E3 Recruitment. Whilst I haven’t been here long, it's clear to see that there are structured pathways for learning and development within the company.
Tell us a little bit about yourself
I am an outgoing person, when I am not in the office I will be outside!
What aspects of your role are you most excited about and what are you looking forward to?
I am excited to build relationships with new and existing clients, making sure that I can build that two-way relationship with my clients.
What initially attracted you to a career in Recruitment?
After spending the last 7 years in hospitality I was looking for something where I could use my transferable skills. Putting my people skills into a career that would be better suited to me.
What would you say to anyone looking to start their career in recruitment and why?
If you’re someone who is hard-working and likes to be rewarded then this is for you. At times it can be long hard yards but if you put the work in it will 100% pay off.
