The Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) are delighted to announce the inaugural Modern Methods of Construction Awards in partnership with STEP CONNECT2 LIMITED.

​The Modern Methods of Construction Awards will take place over lunch on Wednesday 10 May 2023 at the Leonardo Royal London St. Paul’s.

​The awards will ‘Celebrate Excellence & Achievement in Modern Methods of Construction’ with 350 attendees, 15 sponsors and hours of networking expected Modern Methods of Construction Awards.

​The Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) are ecstatic about being the exclusive awards partner of the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Awards 2023. The awards coincide with the 85th anniversary of the association and presents a unique opportunity for companies that have developed the techniques of MMC over many years or are new to the approach.  

"Our involvement represents a key part of our upcoming education and awareness program to that will highlight the different categories of MMC and how they can be best applied across buildings within the non-domestic and housing sectors. The award categories will reflect the differences in the approach that MMC brings to the wider construction sector, we are very excited to introduce the awards for manufacturer and innovation of the year”.  Richard Hipkiss, Development Director, Modular and Portable Building Association.

​The awards will ‘Celebrate Excellence & Achievement in Modern Methods of Construction’ with 350 attendees, 15 sponsors and hours of networking expected at the Modern Methods of Construction Awards.

​It’s anticipated that the focus of the Modern Methods of Construction Awards will be 20% domestic and 80% non-domestic.

​The qualifying period for all entries is 1 January 2020 - 31 December 2022.

​Categories open for entries from 1 September 2022 to 30 November 2022. All categories are free to enter and all entries must be made online.
