Wernick Buildings’ worked with Somerset County Council to deliver BREEAM Excellent rated buildings. Wiveliscombe Enterprise Centre is one of several buildings provided by Wernick to accommodate the growing requirement for sustainable workspaces in Somerset. Rated BREEAM Excellent, the building was delivered in just 11 weeks and features ten offices, two meeting rooms as well as toilet, kitchen, and shower areas.
