MPBA member Harlequin awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification

As part of the continual improvement for the business, Harlequin set up a management team led by Adam Demeester (Customer service Manager) and Jane Palmer (Senior Manager) to acquire ISO9001:2015 for their Business operating systems and procedures. 

Everyone in all departments became involved and after a lot of initial hard work everything came together and we passed the Audit to achieve the certification. We are now proud to let all our customers and suppliers know we have this and are now working in this recognised way to streamline and improve all areas of the business.
