Offering you a cost-effective surface-mounted foundation solution, backed by engineered calculations and numerous success stories throughout the modular building industry.

STRUCTAPAD is used for modular building foundations across a wide number of sectors including Infrastructure, Education, Defence, Healthcare & Energy. 💼🏗️

1.      Site survey - Undertaken by STRUCTAPAD’s specialist team to understand the site constraints, client expectations & undertake a levels survey.

2.      Ground testing - The client should then provide plate test results to ensure the ground is suitable for a surface mounted foundation solution.

3.      Design - STRUCTAPAD will provide an engineers check following receipt of GBP results and site levels.

4.      Costing - Once a suitable design is developed, a proposal will be provided within 48 hours of design approval.

5.      Client instruction - Client's instruction to be sent to the Sector Group team after they have approved the proposal and relating data.

6.      Risk Assessments - Project specific risk assessments and method statements will be issued for approval prior to commencing on site.

7.      Installation - Rapid installation of the STRUCTAPAD’s will take around a day depending on the size of building.

8.      Hire - Flexible payment options to suit your project cash flow.

9.      Removal - STRUCTAPAD will safely remove all equipment following your contract works.
