Nixon Hire's SHEQ Director, Anthony Livermore now an active member of MPBA Sustainability Committee 

SHEQ Director, Anthony Livermore is now an active member of the MPBA Sustainability Committee, which supports the industry and its members to act more responsibly in terms of Sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and carbon reduction.

Anthony is also a part of the national ‘Temp Accommodation Stakeholder Community Group’ along with other members from similar companies to Nixon Hire – all working together to standardise the industry in several areas as well as to drive and support carbon reduction in the UK. 

As a member of the MPBA Sustainability Committee, our SHEQ Director recently took the stage as a proud speaker at The Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) National Conference – Anthony chaired the Safety First Matters section of the conference which hosted talks from other key note speakers in the industry.

Further Accreditation Success 

We’re really proud to announce that we have now had final confirmation from National Quality Assurance Limited (our external auditors),  that due to our IMS Quality Management System being embedded throughout the company, they are happy to approve and certify that all of our Depots individually now hold the ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) accreditation without any further auditing or visits needed.

This is a fantastic achievement for Nixon Hire as a business and further evidences the great work that we all do around Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality across the Depot network. A huge well done to everyone who has played a part in helping us achieve this company wide accreditation – it is real testament to the hard work and determination put in to improve our processes.
