The extension represents an exciting milestone in Integra’s history, as the company lines itself up for future growth and success.

Modular construction specialist Integra is expanding its head office as it announces an exciting new chapter in its 25-year-plus history.

Integra moved to its current site in Paull, near Hull, in 2018. In that time, Integra’s team has grown from under 90 to more than 180.

Integra has delivered a string of award-winning, high-quality projects for clients across a wide range of sectors, from health and education to sport and leisure.

To lay the foundations for the next phase of its growth, Integra is currently mid-way through a single-storey, upper-floor extension to its head office, which will provide its growing teams with much-needed space from which to work and welcome visitors.

Integra’s teams have designed, manufactured and are now installing the extension, with units coming out of the company’s own production factories.

Work on the extension is progressing well, with Integra’s teams hoping to be using the new space in the autumn.

The extension represents an exciting milestone in Integra’s history, as the company lines itself up for future growth and success.

Working in a rapidly-evolving modular construction industry, Integra must be agile and responsive to the changing needs of its clients’, as it strives to exceed expectations in every project it delivers.

Integra recognises that clients are increasingly are looking for a simple, straightforward process, with a single point of contact for their project. They also value certainty in project time, cost and, above all, quality.

Integra has positioned itself to provide a full turnkey service for clients, from design, planning and specification through to construction, installation and completion.

It gives clients peace of mind that we are in control of the project from start to finish, reducing the risk of delays and complications, and simplifying communication.

Integra’s in-house design team provides a bespoke service which is tailored to the needs of the client, advising on all areas of a building’s requirements to make sure it’s fully compliant with regulations and planning conditions.

The team can also advise on sustainability best practice – something which is of ever-increasing importance to all projects and developments.

Using 3D imaging software, clients can experience their building before a single unit or module has been manufactured. Integra has delivered a range of successful projects in line with BREEAM environmental standards.

Integra works closely with its clients at each and every stage of the process, ensuring exceptional quality control, cost and time certainty, and simplifying the construction journey from start to finish.

Gary Parker, CEO at Integra Buildings, said: “Modular construction holds so many benefits. Buildings can be extended and reconfigured to meet the changing demands of a company, as seen at our very own head office.

“Modular is also fast, cost effective and more sustainable than traditional methods of construction. Factory building provides consistency and reduces the risk of delays caused by poor weather or unforeseen circumstances on site.”

Integra’s own office extension has caused no disruption to normal business operations, happening at the heart of a busy site – highlighting the benefits of modular construction.

By adopting a full-service approach, Integra can take full control of the projects it delivers, guaranteeing the highest possible standards of modular construction.

As Integra’s office expansion takes shape, the Yorkshire-based company is playing its part in shaping the future of the industry.
