Integra named on major frameworks to underline status as modular construction partner of choice
“It is recognition of the progress we've made as a company in recent years, as we expand our services and enhance our professional qualifications and certifications." - Chris Turner, MD
Integra Buildings has been named on two significant frameworks, strengthening its project pipeline and enabling the business to tender for a broader range of work.
Integra has been approved onto various lots within the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework, as well as leading procurement company LHC’s Modular Buildings Framework.
It means the Yorkshire-based modular construction company is now on six major frameworks, spanning sectors ranging from healthcare and housing to education and public procurement.
Being successfully appointed onto the latest two frameworks underlines Integra’s position as a leader in the modular construction industry, and recognises the company’s continued investment into its practices and people.
In recent years, a string of high-profile projects have been secured through frameworks. Most notably, Integra’s ongoing work with clients including National Highways, the Army Cadets and Network Rail were all secured through the Government’s Crown Commercial Services Framework.
Integra's ongoing contract with National Highways was secured through the CCS Framework.
Chris Turner, Managing Director at Integra Buildings, said: “Being appointed onto these two frameworks represents another significant milestone for Integra.
“Crucially, it will enable us to tender for more projects, creating a strong, long-term pipeline of projects in a broad range of sectors.
“It is also recognition of the progress we have made as a company in recent years, as we expand our services and enhance our professional qualifications and certifications. I’d like to thank everyone across our business who have played an important part in this latest success for Integra.”
Integra has been appointed onto five lots within the NHS SBS Framework, which spans both healthcare projects and wider public sector procurement.
It is the first time Integra has been on the NHS SBS Framework, and means the company can tender for contracts in sectors including education, residential accommodation and public sector projects.
Integra is working with the UK Army Cadets to upgrade facilities across the country.
In total, Integra now sits on six frameworks:

Integra continues to invest in advancing its construction practices and certifications. Alongside holding four ISOs, Integra has met the JCoP fire safety standard, and holdings UKAS certification to BS EN 1090 Execution Class Three for its steelwork.
Recently, Integra announced it had received Q-Mark certification from BM Trada, demonstrating its competence in fire door installation and maintenance.
Integra also received the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development in 2025, as it progresses with an ambitious carbon reduction and sustainability programme.
