The MPBA are excited to announce our "Modern Methods of Construction in the Education Sector" Masterclass at Education Estates

The Modular and Portable Building Association are pleased to present a Masterclass of Modern Methods of Construction in the Education sector at next month's Education Estates.

Please join us for this drop in workshop session where members of the MPBA will present case studies of MMC used in Education projects. 

Whilst developed for the housing market the MMC Framework groups construction methods into a framework to included, the use of Volumetric 3D (category 1), Panelised 2D (category 2), Non-systemised Pre-manufactured components primary structure (category 3) and Non-Structural Pre-manufactured components (category 5). The framework is being extensively quoted across non-domestic projects. 

Case studies will be presented in 10-15 sessions providing time for the presenter to discuss the selection of MMC category, the benefits of the selection and take questions into the considerations and precautions need to be taken in the use of the MMC framework definitions.
