Offsite specialist Vison-Built secures spot on NHS Commercial Solutions Framework

Vision Built, a leading offsite construction specialist delivering 3D Volumetric and 2D panelised building solutions across Ireland and the UK has been awarded a place on the NHS Commercial Solutions’ new £1bn framework, which will provide innovative, flexible and sustainable building solutions for public sector clients across the UK. The company has secured a position on Lot 2, which is valued at £600m and dedicated to modular and prefabricated building solutions.

This appointment adds to Vision Built’s presence on four other major UK frameworks: NHS-SBS Modular Buildings 3, LHC MB3, the London Construction Programme Major Projects Education framework, and the Southern Modular Building Framework. Together, these frameworks provide streamlined procurement routes for volumetric and panelised solutions across healthcare, education, accommodation and infrastructure.
