We are proud to announce a collaborative research initiative between ourselves, York Business School at York St. John University, and The Leadership Secret in order to help raise self-awareness and drive positive change in fire safety and protection across the construction industry.
As construction projects become more complex, the need for forward-thinking, proactive approaches to fire safety is extremely important. Tragic events like the Grenfell Tower fire serve as stark reminders of what’s at stake when fire safety is overlooked. They highlight the urgent need for systemic change, robust standards, and a deeper understanding of fire risks.
Together, we’re exploring how Holrow can:

This partnership brings academic thinking and leadership insight together with real-world industry challenges. Driving this project is Kushum Bhandari, a brilliant student at York Business School, supervised by Sarah Cave, Managing Director and Lead Coach at the Leadership Secret.
