Great Minds Bright Futures named as Hispec Electrical Products Ltd, Global Charity Partner!

Dave Armstrong, along with his colleague Lord Redesdale carried out Net Zero Strategic work for Hispec.

Dave Armstrong commented “I am thrilled that Hispec have chosen Great Minds as their Global Charity Partner and I look forward to working with Kate and the team. After discussions, we have already decided that their first generous donation to the charity will go to support a feeding programme of 53 orphans based at the Dzaleka Refugee Camp, housing orphans from Rwanda, Barundi, Uganda, and DRC Congo”.

Our donation and support will have a life-changing impact on orphaned children who have no-one to turn to. Hispec are also providing safety lighting and fire detection equipment to Great Minds Bright Futures that can be used to keep newly orphaned children safe at night in our emergency accommodation block in Dowa, Malawi.

This partnership goes beyond investing as the Hispec team will be volunteering their time throughout the year in helping the organising of projects for Great Minds Bright Futures. Just last week, Hispec employees travelled to Preston and transferred hundreds of boxes of donated goods from a storage unit to a van that will then be sent to Malawi to help out those in need.
