ASG complete Sulis modular project

ASG were commissioned by Actiform to manufacture and deliver 33 Modular units for a live hospital project - Sulis.

​​​Within the 33 modules, several of them are to be used as ground floor operating theatres meaning the overall design of those modules had to be so that they limited the deflection in the base with additional steel added. This would then reduce vibration in the structure to allow for safe operating conditions.​

Six of the modules that were to be used as operating theatres were also designed and manufactured to the maximum height of 4.6m, something we at ASG are proud to be able to offer in our manufacturing process. 

The rest of the modules were manufactured in various sizes ranging from 11-13m in length and widths of 2.2-4m
