Mulalley appointed to new Rooftop Development Framework

Mulalley is delighted to have been appointed to the new Rooftop Development Framework procured by Pretium Frameworks Ltd with contracting authority Watford Community Housing.

A one-stop-shop for the creation of additional storeys on top of existing buildings, the PCR 2015-compliant framework, is split into three lots. These cover the complete end-to-end process, including feasibility, design and fit out. The framework also includes specialist consultancy services working with, or independently of, the Lot 1&2 suppliers. 

It was launched yesterday with an event at Watford Community Housing’s offices and was attended by representatives of the framework’s suppliers, including Mulalley Construction Division Managing Director Bruce Benson.
