Platinum is the highest level of the standard possible to achieve on the We Invest in People accreditation.

ARV Solutions first achieved IIP Gold accreditation in 2016 at the first assessment and has maintained this since. They have also been finalists for Gold Employer of the Year in 2020, the best pivot during Covid in 2021 and the best Reward and Recognition in 2022. Their Managing Director was awarded Manager of the Year by Investors In People in 2017.
