Wernick Hire continue their expansion with ATCO acquisition

Wernick Hire Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of ATCO Structures and Logistics UK Ltd.

Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, ATCO are one of the UK’s most established providers of portable cabins and modular buildings for hire in the United Kingdom, with an annual turnover of £2.5 million. A fleet of around 1500 units will be absorbed within Wernick Hire’s nationwide depot network.
