Wernick Group launches new portal frame division

By Wernick Group in Article

We are pleased to announce the launch of Wernick Portal Frames, a new division of Wernick Group specialising in flexible steel building solutions for hire and purchase across the UK.

The launch marks an exciting expansion of our existing building portfolio, allowing us to support customers with an even wider range of space requirements.

Wernick Portal Frames will provide steel building systems suitable for applications including warehouses, workshops, manufacturing facilities, logistics depots, aircraft hangars, industrial storage and leisure facilities.

The new division complements our established modular and portable building expertise, enabling customers to bring together different forms of construction to create a solution that works for their site.

Wernick Portal Frames launches with four established building systems, Romney, Variant, Variant+ and Jawini, each designed to accommodate different building requirements.

From curved structures suited to storage and hangar applications to wide-span buildings for warehouses and industrial environments, the range provides flexibility across a variety of sectors and applications.

Buildings can be configured with different dimensions, cladding, doors, windows and layouts, while multi-span options enable individual structures to be linked together to create larger warehouse and industrial spaces.

Typical dimensions range from 5m to 100m in length, 5m to 20m in width and 3m to 9m in height, depending on the system and project requirements.

The systems also provide flexibility beyond initial installation. Buildings can be extended or reconfigured as requirements change, while the demountable design offers further possibilities for organisations whose space requirements may evolve over time.

One of the key advantages of the new offering is the ability to hire or purchase a portal frame building.

This gives customers greater choice depending on the nature of their requirement, whether they need additional space for a temporary or changing operational need or are investing in a longer-term building.

The range will support organisations across industrial and manufacturing, storage and warehousing, logistics, aviation, defence, education, commercial and sports and recreation.

The launch is also supported by an online building configurator, giving customers the opportunity to start exploring their building before making an enquiry. Users can select dimensions, layouts and building options to get a clearer idea of the solution they require, before discussing the project in more detail with the Wernick Portal Frames team.

The configurator has already proved an important part of the customer journey for the building systems, with existing enquiries demonstrating the value of giving customers greater visibility and control during the early stages of a project.

The launch of Wernick Portal Frames represents the latest development in our building solutions and gives both new and existing customers another option when considering how best to create additional space.

By combining flexible steel buildings with our established modular and portable building expertise, we can support an even broader range of requirements while giving customers the convenience of working with one trusted partner.

Wernick Portal Frames is now open for enquiries, with buildings available for hire or purchase across the UK.
