Wernick acquires modular manufacturer and hire firm AVDanzer
The new acquisition means that Wernick will add additional manufacturing capabilities and increase their fleet profile with more than 2,000 cabins and modular bays. AVDanzer, which is also known as Danzer, is a Manchester-based firm that supplies high-quality modular buildings for sale or for hire. The business is known to cater to some of the UK?s major infrastructure and development projects and can supply modular solutions to a range of sectors. As a result of the acquisition, Wernick will bring on board an additional hire depot near Manchester as well as a manufacturing facility near Nottingham which will continue trading as AVDanzer.
