Wernick Hire launches new Yard Operative training programme
Wernick Hire has officially launched a Training Programme for Yard Operatives. The programme was established as an initiative to bring young people into the business, giving them all the hands-on training they need to become a multi-skilled member of the Wernick Hire team.
The programme will take up to 18 months, throughout which time the Trainee will undertake a number of courses to develop their knowledge and skills, receiving certificates for each module they complete.
Upon completion of the programme, the Trainee will receive their final certificate in acknowledgment of their participation and achievements.
