PKL Secures Second Framework Win with ESPO Modular Buildings Appointment
PKL, A Lowe Rental Company is proud to announce that it has secured a place on the ESPO Modular Buildings Framework (953_26).
A testament to the strength of the modular kitchen facilities PKL delivers to the public sector, this appointment marks the latest in a series of framework success in 2026, following YPO framework appointment just last month.
This latest award expands fast and flexible access for public sector organisations and bodies across the UK in search of modular kitchen facilities to improve or expand their catering provision, providing a compliant route for both short-term hire and permanent building solutions.
The ESPO framework runs from April 2026 to April 2028 and under the agreement, PKL has been awarded:
Designed to support both immediate operational needs and long-term investments in catering infrastructure, these lots enable organisations to procure a wide range of temporary and permanent kitchen solutions. Inclusive of production kitchens for purchase, alongside food cubes, modular cafés and restaurant buildings, as well as temporary kitchens available for hire.
From enabling continuity during kitchen refurbishments to supporting new developments and expanding catering capacity, PKL will work closely with clients to deliver practical, efficient solutions that meet real operational challenges. With a strong track record of delivering modular solutions for Cardiff Council, RSPB, Oriel College, and many more, PKL has become a go-to partner for catering infrastructure projects.
