PKL Awarded Place on YPO Modular Buildings and MMC Framework

PKL, A Lowe Rental Company, has been appointed to the YPO Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Framework (1230), further strengthening its position as a trusted supplier of modular catering infrastructure to the UK public sector.

Following a rigorous procurement process, PKL secured places across four framework lots, providing public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure modular catering facilities under the Procurement Act 2023. The framework allows procurement through both direct award and further competition, offering flexibility to meet a wide range of project requirements.

Covering sectors such as education, healthcare and justice, the framework supports the delivery of complete modular building solutions, from standalone catering facilities through to fully equipped kitchen and dining environments.

PKL has been appointed to the following lots:

  • Lot 5 – Purchase of Kitchen Buildings
  • Lot 6 – Hire of Kitchen Buildings
  • Lot 7 – Purchase of Food Cubes, Kiosks and Modular Catering Systems
  • Lot 8 – Purchase of Restaurant and Café Buildings

Running until March 2030, the framework gives public sector organisations ongoing access to PKL's specialist modular catering expertise and proven project delivery capabilities.
