Gareth Richards has joined Welfare 4 Hire as new Managing Director
We’re pleased to announce that Gareth Richards has joined Welfare 4 Hire as our new Managing Director.
Gareth brings nearly two decades of experience in the equipment hire industry, having held senior roles at Mabey Hire, Sunbelt Rentals, and Altrad RMD Kwikform. Most recently, he successfully established and led Mabey Hire’s standalone monitoring division, delivering impressive commercial results, streamlining operations, and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.
His appointment comes at an exciting time as we expand our presence across the UK while investing in our people, fleet, and customer experience.

The leadership transition follows the decision of outgoing Managing Director, Adam Dimmock, to step down for personal reasons. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to Adam for his strong leadership these last two years.
