BAM Secures Pagabo Major Construction Framework

By BAM UK & Ireland in Industry News

BAM UK & Ireland has been named as one of the suppliers by leading digital procurement specialist Pagabo for the National Framework for Major Works 2026.

The Major Works Framework has an estimated total value of up to £5bn and will run for four years, having been brought to market following the formation of a 10-year strategic delivery partnership between YPO and Pagabo.

Designed to connect public sector organisations with appointed contractors, like BAM, the framework will deliver quality service and value for money outcomes.

In addition to its appointment as a framework supplier across all lots, BAM has also been selected as the Sustainability Collaborative Partner for England and Wales. BAM will embed a consistent and robust approach to sustainability, continuous improvement and positive environmental, social and economic outcomes across the framework.

“We are thrilled to be bringing our industry expertise and digital capability to the public sector through the National Framework for Major Works."

John went on to say, “Having already secured two contracts with Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, we have seen first-hand how frameworks like this can create new opportunities while enabling us to deliver critical infrastructure and services that make a real difference to people’s lives. We look forward to collaborating with Pagabo, clients and partners over the next four years, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement to create lasting value for communities across the UK.

David Llewellyn, construction and infrastructure director at Pagabo, said: "The launch of the National Framework for Major Works 2026 marks the next chapter for one of our most established procurement routes, providing public sector organisations with access to a strong range of contractors with the expertise and capability to deliver major construction projects across the UK.

"The quality demonstrated throughout the procurement process reflects the strength of the suppliers appointed to the framework and their ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Through the procurement support Pagabo provides, alongside greater opportunities for early contractor engagement and collaboration, we’re looking forward to building on the success of previous iterations and supporting the delivery of ambitious projects across the public sector."

Pagabo’s new Major Works Framework covers areas including the North, Midlands, Southwest, and Southeast of England, London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
