Case Study: Double Classroom with Shared Ancillary Accommodation for Ysgol Gogarth School
Elite Systems Delivers Modular Classroom Building for Ysgol Gogarth School
Elite Systems has completed the delivery and installation of a new modular classroom building for Ysgol Gogarth School in Llandudno, North Wales, providing additional teaching accommodation through a high-quality offsite construction solution.
The project was developed to help the school increase teaching capacity while creating a practical and modern learning environment for pupils and staff. Designed, manufactured, and installed by Elite Systems, the modular building was delivered with minimal disruption to the live school site.
The new facility comprises two modular classrooms with shared ancillary accommodation, providing flexible education space suitable for day-to-day teaching requirements. The building was designed to meet the operational needs of the school while maintaining a high standard of internal finish, functionality, and compliance.
Using modular construction methods allowed much of the building to be manufactured offsite before installation, helping to reduce onsite construction activity and support a more efficient project programme compared to traditional construction methods.
The project also reflects the increasing use of modular buildings within SEND and specialist education environments, where flexibility, speed of delivery, and reduced disruption are important considerations for schools and local authorities.
Elite Systems specialises in permanent and temporary modular buildings for schools, healthcare environments, and commercial sectors across the UK, delivering bespoke offsite construction solutions tailored to individual project requirements.
