"It reinforces our position as a modular construction provider of choice, and creates exciting opportunities to tender for major public sector projects." - Chris Turner, MD

We’re thrilled to have been appointed to a brand-new public sector framework designed to accelerate the adoption of modular construction.

Public sector procurement organisation YPO has launched its £500m 1230 Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) framework, spanning a variety of sectors.

We’ve been appointed onto 11 lots within the framework, covering both permanent and hire buildings. It enables us to tender for projects in sectors including education, healthcare, housing and leisure.

At Integra, we have a proven track record of delivering bespoke modular and anti-vandal buildings of outstanding quality. We now hold four ISO certifications, underlining our commitment to excellence, and in May 2025 we received The King’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development, highlighting the critical role modular can play in creating a more sustainable built environment.

This latest success means we now sit on seven major frameworks, including the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework, the NHS SBS Framework and the LHC Modular Buildings Framework.

Our MD, Chris Turner, said: “We’re delighted to be one of just 29 companies to be appointed to YPO’s new modular framework. It reinforces our position as a modular construction provider of choice, and creates exciting opportunities to tender for major public sector projects.

We’ve been appointed onto 11 lots within the framework, covering both permanent and hire buildings.

“Frameworks remain an important part of our growth plans, as we continue to broaden our project pipeline and our proposition as a turnkey construction partner.

“We continue to invest significantly in our people and operations to enhance our capabilities and expertise, from pre-construction design and planning, through to manufacture and installation.”

We’ve been appointed onto 11 lots out of a total 15 covered by the YPO’s new framework.

Those lots are:

The new framework has been designed to address the challenge of sourcing modern, adaptable and sustainable buildings to improve the public estate.

Our nationwide contract with Army Cadets UK was secured through the Crown Commercial Services Framework.

It is the first public sector framework compliant with the Procurement Act 2023, and stems from rising demand for rapid-build solutions, pressure on capital programmes, and the need to reduce carbon emissions.

Michelle Walker, Head of Procurement Service and Supply Solutions at YPO, said: "We have an outstanding panel of providers on this agreement, which offers innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the needs of YPO customers across the public sector.

“The team is looking forward to engaging with these providers and supporting Contracting Authorities to maximise the benefits that can be released from the use of these products and services."

All suppliers across the YPO framework meet the Common Assessment Standard, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
