Since formation, the company has grown into a leading, privately owned hire firm, specialising in the hire of high quality portable cabins, modular buildings and associated products such as generators.The Head Office is based in Measham on the Derbyshire and Leicestershire borders. The company operates from eleven depots strategically located across England. Our fleet includes secure stores, canteens, offices, welfare units, drying rooms, COSHH stores, gatehouses, smoking shelters, chemical and mains fed toilet systems, fire certified and Eco units, each delivered via our own fleet of crane operated vehicles. All welfare units, both static and mobile, are HSE compliant and always kept up to date with evolving legislation.There is a wide and varied client base in the education, construction, health and industry & commerce sectors.As well as being a long standing member of the MPBA, Pickerings has a wide range of reputable accreditations and memberships including Safe Contractor, ALLMI, SMAS (Safety, Management, Advisory Services) FORS (Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme) and Constructionline Gold.
