Jackpad Ltd. supplies, for both hire and sale, a non-invasive foundation system for modular, relocatable and timber framed buildings. Having two of the three elements that make up the system manufactured from recycled plastic, Jackpad has major environmental benefits over traditional concrete foundations and has been LANTAC accredited and has a successful history of supporting modular buildings for over eight years.Each Jackpad has a maximum safe working load of 48kN on ground with a bearing capacity of 130 Kn/m² and the system is fully calculated to support buildings in double and treble storey configurations.
