On completing the application form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the MPBA and agree to pay with immediate effect membership fees for the initial 12 months. You will be issued with a certificate of membership and your details added to the MPBA website/database on receipt of initial payment.
This membership agreement is subject to an initial minimum term of 12 months (the 'Initial Term'). Following the Initial Term, the membership will automatically renew on a rolling basis with an automatic renewal by invoice.
Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 6 months written notice, can only be served after the Initial Term has passed.
