Winterville Festival Opts for High Quality Accommodation and Toilets from Wernick Events

Requirement:  

Attracting tens of thousands of visitors, Winterville is one of Londons premier winter attractions. 

Winterville offers an alternative event experience: street food, an enchanting forest, circus performers and even Mexican wresting make this a unique and enthralling event.  

After a successful first year, Winterville returned to Clapham Common for winter 2018. Event organisers Loudsound are also behind a host of UK events, such as All Points East Festival and Barclaycard British Summer Time.

The event demanded a range of temporary accommodation: from customer box offices to performer changing rooms in addition to fixed, hard-wearing, male, female and accessible toilets for both staff and ticketholders.

The site itself can get very congested, requiring some experience, “but above all, patience”. The client feels that it is important to establish links to a gamut of reliable suppliers who can get to know the site, ensuring a straightforward set up and take down.

Solution:

The client approached a Wernick with their requirements. The quote was agreed and the Depot Manager for the Winchester depot, Paul Fuller became their first point of contact. Paul had worked with the client on previous events.

Wernick delivered a number of high-quality options from its suite of products. These included portable cabins with fitted blinds and box offices with roller shutters. 

The capability of the lorry driver during installation was complimented by the client and once in place, the cabins provided secure and comfortable facilities for staff.
