Jackpad

Portable foundations for portable buildings

It's been exciting to read the coverage of the Wikihouse erected at the Building Centre on London's Shore Street as part of the London Design Festival and fascinating to learn more about the process of 3D printing.  Even more exciting was seeing the building coming together on its Jackpad® foundations!  Alastair Parvin who ran the project was particularly complementary about us, he said "Jackpad = Absolutely brilliant product."

It's been a very busy summer with many education projects across the UK including for Manchester City Council.  These projects, for eight schools in total, were undertaken for two companies including Springfield Buildings.

Springfield Managing Director Lyndsey Duggan said: “This is the third year we have worked with Jackpad on education projects in the North West.  They are ideal partners for us, particularly when we have tight deadlines to achieve and tricky installation situations.  The foundations go down quickly and enable us to get on with the project efficiently and effectively.”

Jackpad® is accredited with Local Authority Building Control Registered Detail Scheme Accreditation, which is the new look LANTAC Accreditation. Having this approval for the Jackpad® system will speed up the Building Control process and give you total piece of mind that the Jackpad® system will do exactly as it says on the tin!

We are preferred suppliers for foundations for all educational buildings in several local authority areas, where the benefits of portable foundations have been seen time and time again. Jackpad's environmental credentials assist in reaching sustainability targets through our use of 100% recycled materials.

Our Business Development Manager Neil Appleby will be happy to discuss any projects you have in the pipeline and to talk to you about how Jackpad® can help.  If you have a project on the drawing board that you'd like to discuss, give us a call on 07436 037 818 or simply email.  We look forward to hearing from you.
