AJC EasyCabin go zero for Plantworx

In what is believed to be a first for a construction machinery trade show, AJC EasyCabin is planning an emission-free, totally sustainable display at the forthcoming plant and equipment showcase – Plantworx.
With sustainable development at the heart of their operations, AJC EasyCabin will be demonstrating a new range of their environmentally focussed mobile and static temporary accommodation and toilet units.
These recently designed products include their EcoSmart ZERO 20 welfare unit which is powered exclusively by the combination of a hydrogen gas powered fuel cell and an advanced solar power system. This means the unit operates almost totally silent and emits only pure water vapour. The Ecosmart ZERO was a Plantworx Innovation Award Silver winner for Environmental Innovation in the 2019 awards.
Alongside the EcoSmart ZERO 20 will be AJC’s Ecostatic ZERO 24 unit which contains all the emission free features of the EcoSmart ZERO 20; however this new cabin is built for static deployment.
AJC EasyCabin is also planning to display their new Solar Loo 1. This single, mobile toilet unit is powered by 70 watt solar panel and is ideally suited to provide hygienic facilities without the need for any external power.
Lisa Gillet, sales director of AJC Trailers explained, “We understand that London, Birmingham, Leeds and other large UK cities have plans to introduce ‘Low Emission Zones’ for non-road mobile machinery (NRMM). With this in mind, we have been driven to reduce or nullify the carbon emissions produced by our products and forge ahead in the design of environmentally sustainable temporary site units. Our recent Green Apple Awards have confirmed our passions in this regard.”
“Encouraged by our rental partners to push the boundaries of environmental and technological advancement, we can proudly present these highly sustainable products at Plantworx”, added Lisa.
Plantworx is a huge product showcase for worldwide construction equipment manufacturers, introducing the latest plant and technology to the UK construction industry. It will be held from Tuesday, 11 June 2019 to 13 June 2019 at EAST OF ENGLAND ARENA, PETERBOROUGH.
