Stepping Stones School for Autistic Children, Kilcloone, Co Kildare
Building Size: 700 square metres
Timeframe: 14 Weeks
Scope of Works: Having seen the Saplings School for Autistic Children Constructed by RoanKabin in 2004, the client appointed RoanKabin to design & build their new state of art Special Needs School.
The highly specialised School building comprised classrooms, observation rooms, a fitted kitchen, canteen, reception, private office & toilets. In addition to the main building contract, RoanKabin was also responsible for all civil works including foundations, sewage, installing a water treatment centre, car parks & landscaping.
The project was a complete success & the building was ready for handover in less than 14 weeks which would not have been achieved using traditional Building methods.
