Profile
Wernick Buildings' Rapidplan™ 3000 modular building system is used in many different construction sectors – education, industry, commerce, residential, healthcare and leisure to name but a few. Our factory built, galvanised steel frame Rapidplan™ 3000 sections can be designed as buildings up to three storeys high.
Full project management is available from Wernick Buildings which includes a design service, planning application submission and building regulation application.
Our designs regularly incorporate brick, stone, clay tile or plastic coated steel facings, which together with a pitched tiled roof give a pleasing, traditional finish to our projects that often out-perform their conventional block and brick equivalents.

Case Studies
How's That!
It's fair to say that Gosport's Privett Park Cricket Club is simply bowled over with their new clubhouse. The new modular building came complete with clubroom, catering and bar facilities, separate home and away team changing and shower rooms, and even a sun-catching veranda. Wernick Buildings regularly supplies sports accommodation solutions that give a cost and deadline efficient alternative to traditional build. Local disruption is kept to a minimum, which is a major consideration for schools, universities and sports complexes. This factory-built, seven bay pavilion was delivered in a day and finishing work took just nine weeks. Contact us for a brochure.
Would you ever guess this was modular?
When Michael Hadfield, senior architect for North Lincolnshire Council, received the brief for a new 316 square metre Social Services Day Centre at Brigg he knew immediately that there was only one way he could complete the thirteen week project on time and within budget, whilst still keeping the Centre operational. Using a modular building system was the only option.
Wernick Buildings came up with the best interpretation of the brief and as Michael put it, "When I saw the completed job I knew that most people would never believe that the building is modular. It was a pleasure to work with Wernick".
