Des O'Brien, Ashby & Croft “ Good morning Mark, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your guys for a job well done. We knew from the start that it was going to be a bit of a challenge! Although we had a sticky start on day 1 and, despite our first load not leaving site until mid morning, you and your guys really pulled the rabbit out of the hat and managed to get our scheduled 12 loads out. On day two when we thought all would be a breeze, they decided to shut the M11 for a couple of hours which really put us under pressure. However, once again you and the guys really cracked on, you re-routed trucks etc and managed to achieve our daily removal target of 12 units. Day three saw your guys go in to overdrive and get an unbelievable 15 units off site. Remarkable! Day four saw an early start in our yard at 06:00 for your guys to give us a head start on the day and ensure we completed on time. Which indeed we did! (And also allowed us to knock off the Saturday morning unload) If you can pass on my sincere thanks to your guys not only for all their hard work, but for their positive helpful attitude, as always they were superb. Once again Mark it was a real pleasure working with you and your guys and, I hope we can do it all again very soon. ”

Nicki Bennett, Wernick Hire “ I just wanted to write a quick note about the Drivers we had yesterday on the job at Fordham Newmarket, we were removing a 10 Bay Modular from site and the David Watson Drivers were a huge help – We had Marcus, Anton & Darren for the day moving units to and from Fordham to Stanton, they assisted the crane driver and went out of their way to help the Wernick Hire staff in many ways, most lorry drivers would have sat in their cabs and watched, they were professional and always aware of the strict H&S on site. It always makes the job flow better when we are working with a professional helpful Haulage Company and I have to say it was a pleasure to work with your drivers on this site and your drivers we work with on our other sites. Anton also helped to clean a welfare unit out which wasnÂ’t quite ready when our staff were stuck on site. Customers are always quick to complain when something goes wrong but no one gives credit when itÂ’s deserved, as I said itÂ’s always a pleasure to work with DW Transport and we look forward to working with you all again. ”

Doug Robertshaw, Director, Elliott UK “ Good morning, apart from a couple of lonely anti vandal units still sitting at the village, we can now say the Olympic Project is over. On behalf of the Elliott team, IÂ’d like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for some fantastic support over the last 18 months or so. We all worked some crazy hours, under extreme pressure sometimes, but got through it. Not only that, a quick tot up suggests we worked over 350,000 man hours on site during the test events, install, games time & removal without one single reportable accident, simply, brilliant!! Many of you also received Green Card recognition for working safely, again a great achievement in such a pressurised environment. As time dulls the pain of what we sometimes endured, I think everyone can look back on this as a fantastic experience & something we can be very proud of. Please pass on our thanks to all your teamsÂ…Â…Â…Â…Â…we couldnÂ’t have done it without you. Cheers. ”

“ Hi Paul, further to our comments on Wednesday with reference to Andy and his performance, we had an opportunity to speak with the site manager this morning. He unprompted passed on his thanks commenting “the most professional and hassle free installation he has ever had”. A large part of this is down to Andy with his expertise and patience at what could have been a total nightmare. ”

Denise Gouge, Atco Structures

“ I wouldnÂ’t normally contact a company in this way but IÂ’d like to thank your operator Peter Baker for his courteous and professional manner while delivering a 20ft converted container to our site. Peter had all the documentation requested which also reflects on your companyÂ’s operating policy. Please pass my thanks on to Peter. ”
