MPBA Committees
The MPBA has four dedicated groups that are responsible for the examination of matters of particular importance to the membership.
The committees meet as and when the volume of business necessitates and discusses the particular matter requiring attention. Specialist advice is sought from authoritative sources and codes of conduct; codes of practice of guidance notes are issued by the committees. A Factfile is being prepared which will contain all relevant information and advice for members.
The recommendations of the various committees are presented to the Council of the Association for ratification prior to the recommendations being put into effect. From time to time additional members are co-opted onto the committees where additional or specialised assistance is required.
The committees are constituted from members of various companies, which provides a broad cross section of the manufacturers, hirers and associate members from within the modular & portable building industry.
